Fees

Fees are priced on application for each contract. Any variations in fees due to specialist coaches or facilitators, will be discussed & notified prior to contract

Travel and subsistence expenses are not included in the fees but will be charged at cost. Mileage is charged at 50p per mile.

All fees and expenses are subject to 17.5% VAT

Fees are payable within 14 days of completion of work delivered.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY and COPYRIGHT

The supplier materials and the intellectual property rights (including copyright) therein are and will remain the exclusive property of the supplier. When necessary and agreed between the parties, the supplier grants to the client a non-exclusive licence to use and possess the supplier materials, subject to the following conditions:

The client will not copy or distribute the supplier materials to any third party without the prior written consent of the supplier;

2. CANCELLATION/TERMINATION

1.1. Either party may terminate a contracted event on giving six weeks prior notice in writing.

1.2. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation charges will be payable by the client:

1.2.1. More than six week's notice from the agreed date for the event - no cancellation charge is payable
1.2.2. Between four and six week's notice from the agreed date for that event - 50% of invoice total for that event.
1.2.3. Between one and four week's notice from the agreed date for that event - 75% of invoice total for that event.
1.2.4. Less than one week's notice from the agreed date for that event - the full amount of invoice total for that event.

2. PAYMENTS

Payments should be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice, either by BACS or
cheques made payable to "CFM Consulting Ltd."
