Competencies

This competency assessment is an approach that is used as part of the certification process and can be either a self-assessment or 360-degree tool. It is independently marked and the charts and graphs are returned to the candidate.

You will need a user name and password for full access. This can be obtained by sending an e mail to info@cfmconsulting.net There is a one off fee for this and this is £75 for a self-assessment and £130 for a self-assessment and upto four colleagues to complete a 360º assessment. You may then re-visit and use this service at anytime, as many times as you like with no further charge. The report also has the ability to benchmark against other people in the group, the organisation or the national average.
