Peter Hill is the Managing Partner of CFM Consulting Ltd., a coaching and mentoring consultancy based in Dunblane in Scotland. The Author
Peter Hill is the managing director of CFM Consulting Limited and
has been working as an executive coach for the past six years and
in the arena of corporate coaching for the past eight years. During
his ten years with the Industrial Society, latterly as Head of Coaching
and Mentoring, Peter’s project management skills and practical
approaches launched new initiatives, departments and transformed
organisational performance. As a qualified coach from the University
