It must however provide structure challenge and personal accountability.
Effective questioning as opposed to commands and instructions raise personal awareness and responsibility, which in turn allows the client to develop their own solutions and strategies. ACT (awareness, choice and trust) is a key cornerstone of the coaching relationship which sees clients quickly move from a problem focussed orientation to an action and solution-focussed mindset.
A core belief is that the capability to change exists within every-one and coaching helps people change in ways which are positive for them, for their organisation and for the people around them. Anne Marie’s background means she is ideally placed to connect with the demands and challenges currently facing organisations and their people.
