This simple questionnaire assesses an individual's
current level of coaching ability against the coaching
competencies of skilled coaches. It is completed by
the candidate and four key colleagues at the start and
at the end of the coaching development programme.
The questionnaire gives specific feedback on the candidate's
level of coaching competence at the outset and later
provides a measure of the progress made. There are no
right or wrong answers. However, the accuracy of the
results depends on just how honest you are. There is
no time limit; it will probably take 15-20 minutes to
answer all the questions.
